Surry Hills Tech Office

After a major three-month renovation, this Surry Hills office space was left covered in a fine layer of plaster dust and construction debris. The client needed the space to be completely spotless for their team's move-in date just two days later.

Our specialized post-construction crew initiated a phased clean. We started with the rough clean, removing leftover protective films, large debris, and the bulk of the dust using industrial HEPA vacuums. The second phase involved wiping down every single surface, including high beams, exposed pipework (which was a feature of the industrial design), and all the new custom cabinetry.

The glass partitions between meeting rooms required special attention to remove manufacturer stickers and adhesive residue without scratching the new glass. Finally, we polished the sealed concrete floors to a high shine.

The turnaround was rapid, and the office was ready perfectly on time for the company's Monday morning launch.
